Use Knowledge Base to maintain articles. You need editing access to make changes and the appropriate approval access to merge them.
A change request groups proposed edits for review. Saving an edit in a change request is not the same as publishing it to the live knowledge base.
Merging publishes the changes to the live knowledge base. Reader access is controlled separately by the collection and hosting configuration.
Notion imports and synchronization are managed through Set-up → Knowledge Base.
If a change request asks you to verify the Notion version, resolve that check before merging.
Use article history to inspect earlier versions. To correct an article, create an edit and merge its change request. Reverting a merged change request applies to the changes in that request, not just the article currently open.
